Focus Groups
We held virtual focus groups, in English/Spanish and Spanish only, on immigrant health and advocacy during August and September 2020.
During the focus groups, participants learned about the preliminary findings from the study overall. Participants shared their thoughts, responded to the results, and guided next steps. You can find the slides that were presented at the focus groups here:

The purpose of these focus groups is to share knowledge between community members and advocates about strategies for creating equitable policies and awareness of barriers that affect the health opportunities of Latina/o/x immigrants on the Central Coast of California.
Cafecitos
Realizamos cafecitos virtuales, en inglés / español y solamente en español, sobre la salud y defensa de inmigrantes durante agosto y septiembre de 2020.

Durante los cafecitos, los participantes aprendieron sobre los hallazgos preliminares del estudio en general. Los participantes compartieron sus pensamientos, respondieron a los resultados y guiaron los siguientes pasos.
